Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class guest check-in/check-out experiences with personalized service
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room allocations for maximum occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with proactive solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism ambassador, recommending attractions and dining experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with composure under pressure
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
