Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using empathy and solution-oriented thinking
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Act as a local tourism ambassador with expert knowledge of San Antonio attractions
- Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols for guest data
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Spanish fluency highly preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
