Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Provide personalized concierge services and local recommendations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for smooth operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through impeccable grooming and etiquette
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid CA Food Handler Card (required)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and warm demeanor
- Knowledge of San Francisco attractions and transportation
