Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving
- Operate PMS systems and maintain accurate guest records
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and transportation
- Fluency in English; Spanish highly desirable
