Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm professionalism
- Manage room reservations and inventory using Opera PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Maintain immaculate front desk appearance and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's card (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Fluency in English; Spanish or Mandarin a strong advantage
