Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and upselling opportunities
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and solution-oriented mindset
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Execute hotel loyalty program promotions
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or high-level customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation
