Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures using PMS systems
- Handle reservation modifications and room assignments with precision
- Coordinate VIP services and special guest requests
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with solution-oriented approaches
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Perform nightly audits and report generation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of Chicago attractions and transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Illinois driver's license preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
