Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for optimal guest satisfaction
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hotel or high-volume environment
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; Spanish fluency a major plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and financial transactions
