Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check in/check out hotel guests with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using hotel management systems
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure seamless operations
- Provide local recommendations and information to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
