Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests, check-ins, and check-outs with exceptional service
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous cleanliness and professionalism
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing and data entry
