Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and register guests with exceptional customer service
- Manage reservations, check-ins/check-outs using hotel software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Contribute to a positive team culture during peak periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing 25+ WPM)
