Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional check-in/check-out experiences for all guests
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with exceptional problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
- Act as hotel ambassador during local events and emergencies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
