Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with precision
- Handle reservations, modifications, and special requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Utilize property management systems efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Texas Hotel License (or willingness to obtain)
