Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings using Opera PMS system
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with personalized solutions
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain organized front desk area and ensure compliance with brand standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, OPERA Cloud preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
