Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes while maintaining accuracy in financial transactions
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments using property management systems
- Resolve guest complaints and requests promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Maintain security protocols and confidential guest information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Spanish language skills highly valued
