Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently with personalized service
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate service experiences
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize Opera property management system
- Handle VIP guest requests with discretion
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if required for errands)
