Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for maximum efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly using empathy and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records using property management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences and revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Indianapolis attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
