Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services using Opera PMS
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Memphis tourism and attractions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for va duties)
