Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes for VIP and standard guests
- Handle reservation modifications using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Upsell premium rooms, suites, and hotel amenities
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix attractions and transportation
