Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures using Opera property management system
- Handle VIP reservations and complex requests with discretion and efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with immediate solutions
- Coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for rooms, dining, and spa services
- Maintain security protocols and emergency response readiness
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera/Fidelio PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid DC hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Knowledge of DC tourism attractions and transportation
- Fluency in English; multilingual abilities a plus
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
