Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes
- Handle reservations and modify bookings using OPERA system
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel services and amenities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency with reservation systems (OPERA a plus)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid NYC Food Handler's Certificate
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Multi-language skills a strong advantage
