Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm, professional demeanor
- Manage reservations and room assignments using PMS software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve complaints promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling techniques to enhance revenue
- Maintain clean, organized lobby and reception areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
