Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, reservation management, and guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and efficiency using our property management system
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling for arriving/departing guests
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery and attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- 0-2 years customer service experience, hotel background a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Colorado driver's license for valet operations (if applicable)
