Responsibilities
- Guest check-in/check-out procedures using Opera property management system
- Manage reservation inquiries and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate multiline telephone system and handle communications
- Assist with luggage and transportation arrangements
- Maintain clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reservation systems)
