Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and provide local recommendations
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Uphold brand standards while maintaining a polished front desk appearance
- Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with concierge services and special requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
