Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/out processes
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments
- Handle billing inquiries and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize PMS software (Opera) for daily operations
- Resolve guest concerns with prompt professionalism
- Execute upselling strategies for premium services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Customer service experience a plus but not required
