- Check-in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Uphold brand standards in appearance and service delivery
- Collaborate with concierge and security teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid California driver's license (if valet required)
