Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through efficient check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Perform nightly audits and prepare reports for management
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a clean, organized lobby area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred (not required)
