Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate reservation records
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local area expertise
- Process payments and manage billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Operate hotel management software (training provided)
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Contribute to positive team environment during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems
- Exceptional customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
- Philadelphia residency preferred (commute assistance available)
