Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with warm professionalism
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with solutions-oriented approach
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain meticulous cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in hospitality or related field
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for property errands)
