Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and professionalism
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests via phone/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize PMS systems to manage room availability
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and diplomatically
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
