Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using PMS systems
- Handle reservation modifications and inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism ambassador for Baltimore attractions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid Maryland driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of Baltimore tourism landscape
