Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Respond to guest requests with prompt, personalized service
- Handle cash transactions and credit card processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records and administrative duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- 2+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for financial transactions
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
