Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Act as local tourism ambassador with knowledge of Cleveland attractions
- Maintain detailed guest preference records for personalized service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Cleveland tourism and transportation networks
- Previous experience with Marriott/Starwood preferred
