Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes for hotel guests using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with exceptional service standards
- Process reservations and room assignments while maximizing occupancy rates
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments for guest needs
- Process payments, manage cash handling procedures, and balance daily reports
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years of front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of El Paso attractions and transportation
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
