Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures using resort management software
- Handle reservation modifications and VIP guest requests with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining service standards
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests through property management systems
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate transaction records
- Act as local area expert providing recommendations for dining, attractions, and events
- Collaborate with concierge and F&B teams to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Rainmaker)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic mathematical accuracy for cash handling and billing
- Valid Arizona driver's license (required for airport shuttle duties)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Spanish bilingual preferred
