Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out procedures using Opera PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and valet services
- Upsell resort amenities, dining options, and local attractions
- Maintain immaculate front desk area and lobby ambiance
- Execute emergency response protocols and security procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hospitality front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Professional appearance and warm demeanor
