Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and room assignments with accuracy
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with prompt, solutions-oriented communication
- Process payments, maintain cash drawer accountability, and generate daily reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for special requests
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and immaculate lobby presentation
- Assist with VIP guest arrivals and special event accommodations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree a plus
