As a key member of our guest experience team, you'll handle check-ins/outs, manage reservations, and resolve inquiries with professionalism and warmth. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for creating memorable moments for our international clientele.
Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries with grace and efficiency, anticipating needs before they arise
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and concierge teams for exceptional guest experiences
- Operate multi-line phone systems and manage reservation changes
- Resolve guest complaints with diplomacy and solution-oriented mindset
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera property management system essential
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid New York State hospitality license preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
