Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and occupancy reports with accuracy
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and balance daily reports
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest stays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Oklahoma City attractions and transportation
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
