Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences while managing reservations efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness
- Utilize property management systems to update guest preferences and profiles
- Assist with VIP arrivals and special event coordination
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix attractions and local amenities
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
