Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using Opera PMS
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/management teams
- Promote resort amenities and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate financial records and process payments/cash handling
- Collaborate with concierge team to create personalized guest experiences
- Uphold resort standards for cleanliness, safety, and brand consistency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years front desk or customer service experience in luxury/hospitality
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Tucson tourism and attractions
