Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams for seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems to maintain accurate guest records
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and manage cash drawer responsibilities
- Act as a local resource for guests regarding attractions and services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott PMS)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Virginia driver's license preferred
