Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using property management systems
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate telephone systems and manage voicemail
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel software systems (Opera/Micros)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Austin attractions and services
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license (if providing guest services)
