Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management systems.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding rooms, services, and local attractions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints with empathy and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash drawers.
- Assist with mail, package handling, and general front desk operations.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows and PMS software).
