Responsibilities
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out processes for hotel guests
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications via phone/email
- Resolve guest concerns with prompt, personalized solutions
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate property management systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott Bonvoy)
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation software and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)
- Valid California driver's license (if providing guest services)
