Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservations, modifications, and billing inquiries
- Operate PMS systems (Opera/Sabre) and maintain accurate records
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera/Sabre preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid New York State driver's license (if providing guest services)
- Fluency in English; multilingual candidates strongly preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree a plus
