Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Efficiently process check-ins and check-outs while collecting payments accurately.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area and front desk organization at all times.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide local recommendations and concierge services to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations or hospitality.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
