Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless and welcoming check-in and check-out process.
  • Operations: Manage incoming calls and emails to make reservations, update guest profiles, and answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or high-volume customer service role.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills are highly preferred.
