As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. You will handle a variety of tasks, from processing reservations to managing special requests, ensuring our guests receive world-class service 24/7.

Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless and welcoming check-in and check-out process.
- Operations: Manage incoming calls and emails to make reservations, update guest profiles, and answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities.
- Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations, assist with special requests, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Administrative Support: Process payments, handle guest mail, and maintain accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Issue Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or high-volume customer service role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills are highly preferred.
- Interpersonal: Ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds with a positive attitude.
