Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using our property management system
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/engineering
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism ambassador with recommendations for attractions
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of San Antonio tourism landscape preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license for errands (if applicable)
